Tamara Elzey, LMT
Tamara believes in integrating several different techniques such as various depths, pressure, trigger points and continuous movement so that as the client, you receive the best possible treatment. She highly values feedback from you, while on the table. Often using the phrase, “I can read your body but not your mind, so speak up if something doesn’t feel right.” She also believes in working as much of the body as possible since one muscle fiber is so intricately connected to every other muscle.
Aubrey McQuain, LMT
I was born in Denver and raised in the Westminster/Broomfield area. When I was younger, I was always interested in healthcare and Anatomy, and I was curious how the body worked. I began doing Massage Therapy in October 2002 when I graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe AZ.
My style of massage is fluid, connected and relaxing but therapeutic and detailed. I use a combination of techniques that best fits the needs of the patient. Even though everybody has very similar muscle structure, organs, and bone structure, every patient has unique needs and goals.
Some patients need deeper pressure and need more focused work on one specific area, as in auto accident patients and injury or surgery recovery. Other patients need more relaxation and time to allow their mind and muscles to unwind.
Through years of experience encompassing a wide variety of massage techniques and settings, I have developed a unique style that is excellent at providing relief, regardless of the pain symptoms.

Donald Spears, ND
As a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist, I have been trained to read and decipher the imbalances within the body communicated through the constellation of signs and symptoms presented during times of dis-ease and by taking in the whole picture, a treatment plan is tailored to you as an individual, not your disease or condition; this is truly individualized medicine geared towards you in your totality and your humanness.
Shannon Curtis, ND
As a naturopathic doctor, I have witnessed the importance of supporting the body’s self-healing capabilities rather than suppressing its attempts to communicate when it is imbalanced. My goal is to help you reawaken to your wholeness and vibrancy by using natural therapies to restore your health, as you deserve to be happy and joyful, feel vital and healthy, and create a meaningful and fulfilling life.
